For Military
When recycling military aircraft, North American Aerospace Industries is particularly diligent in the initial dismantling and/or destruction of all weapon systems. Once disarmed, military aircraft are responsibly recycled and disposed of in a sustainable manner. Dismantle Return Service
We create a plan detailing the cost efficiencies of scrapping or returning aircraft components and parts to service, significant reducing costs for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service and spare parts procurement, while ensuring the documentation of parts custody and maintenance history.
Disposal of Hazardous Substances
Applying state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly processes, hazardous substances are carefully collected and disposed of by our licensed partners who specialize in performing these tasks maximum protection to the environment and ecosystem.
Dismantling of Turbines and Tail Units
We offer smaller airlines the convenience of cost-effectively maintaining their fleets. By refurbishing spare parts from recycled aircraft, they achieve a cost-optimized alternative to purchasing new parts. Our certified technicians remove and refurbish components in accordance to FAA standards and manufacturers’ specifications before they are offered back to support an airline’s supply chain objectives.

Full Aircraft Recycling
We are capable of dismantling decommissioned aircraft down to their components, separating valuable metals and plastics from other materials. Metals are recovered for use in other applications such as in the metalworking and packaging industries, while plastic is ground up and carbon fibers reprocessed for reuse in various industries.
Mobile Team
When needed, we deploy an experienced team to remove accidentally damaged aircraft or ghost planes, perform repairs and provide loss estimates for insurance claims.

Research
To assure the ongoing fiscal integrity, quality and continuous improvement of all of our aircraft recycling processes, we conduct ongoing research. Our focus is on recycling 100% of an aircraft, while remaining cognizant of sound economic principles. Specifically, our research program strives to develop and continuously improve how metals from decommissioned aircraft can be separated and sorted. In addition, our research focuses on how to maximize the recovery and repurposing of materials used in the aircraft and ultimate to reduce the amount of disposed materials and their carbon footprint.
