Sven Daniel Koechler

President and Chief Executive Officer

Sven Daniel Koechler is the founder and majority shareholder of North American Aerospace Industries. He is also the Managing Director of Aircraft Solutions USA and UAE and the founder and General Manager of The You and Me Project Management FZ-LLC Ras al Khaimah. A graduate of the Carl-Bosch School Electrotechnic (Heidelberg, Germany), Koechler is a prominent entrepreneur with a long history of achievement in aviation and other industries. He has held executive roles in diverse organizations including as Executive Vice President of Crossverify Ltd., Director of KK Management Consulting, Project Manager, Quality Management with Ernst & Young, and Director with Onyx Event Management and F&K Real Estate and Property Management Ltd. He is also recognized as a pioneer in renewable energy, having spent over three years transitioning projects, from the conceptual planning stage to reality, including solar parks and hybrid power plants such as the Helios Project in Greece. He also served as Managing Director at Black Pearl Middle East responsibility for its base oil business.

Donald “Jay” Sleight Jr.

Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Jay Sleight serves as Chief Technology Officer for North American Aerospace Industries. He brings to the role an extensive background in aviation operations, maintenance and safety. Sleight spent 26 years in the United State Army retiring as Chief Warrant Officer, Helicopter Pilot. During his military service, Sleight held various management positions both stateside and oversees, accumulating over 12,000 flight hours including over 500 combat hours. Additionally, his career includes 15 years of experience managing aviation assets and overseeing the operations, maintenance and safety of various airframes. He also has performed duties as an FAA Check Airman, interacting with the FAA on various levels and certifications. He holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant License, as well as Fixed Wing, Rotorcraft and Unmanned Aircraft Systems Licenses. He is a passionate and enthusiastic aviation industry leader.

Ronny Greye

Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Ronny Greye is the Director of Business Development for North American Aerospace Industry; a role he also holds for Aircraft Solutions USA and UAE. A strong and skilled communicator, Grey has a long track record in successful business development and customer relations management. He brings to his role in-depth business acumen, aviation industry and supply chain insights. He also is well-educated in all current economic, social and regulatory issues, enabling him to serve as a valuable resource to the company’s clients. Greye holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Europäische Fernhochschule.

Janos Virag

Director of Innovation

Janos Virag is the Director of Innovation for North American Aerospace Industries where his responsibilities include the development of new recycling processes for advanced materials such as carbon fiber, researching reuse possibilities and recycle rate increases. His role also includes the design of technical work processes, scheduling for aircraft arrivals and coordinating of training programs through Lenoir Community College and other entities. He has extensive experience as a manufacturing training professional across aviation and other transportation modes. Among his prior roles was that as Aviation Manufacturing Instructor and Manager of Fabrication – Airbus 350XWB with Lenoir Community College/Spirit Aerosystems Inc. He also served as Locomotive Maintenance Manager/Technical Advisor with General Electric Transportation Systems. He holds an Associates Degree in Aviation Management and Career Pilot Technical and in Applied Science-Industrial Technology, both from Lenoir Community College. Additionally, he holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Saint Lawrence College, a Manufacturing Skills Standard Council (MSSC) Instructor Certification and a Certificate in Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations, both from Lenoir Community College, and an FAA Private Pilot Certificate.
